.Net Developer | Up to £75k | Central London

You will design, prototype and develop server-based multiplayer game systems in this exciting and challenging role. Working closely with a diverse team of designers, programmers, and the technical director, you will help to create a high-quality, scalable and secure user experience within the desired timeframe. Moreover, you will use the latest technologies to work in the most effective manner, and your innovative flare is highly encouraged.

You will receive a salary up to £75k dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits. The role is based in a dynamic games studio in Central London and will be fully remote during lockdown. Afterwards, you will be able to work remotely every Tuesday and Thursday.

Requirements:

• Strong technical design and code skills in suitable Web technologies and frameworks, including JavaScript/C#/.NET, Node.js, Azure/AWS, SQL/NoSQL, Redis, DC/OS, Docker, Marathon, or similar.
• Broad experience of server/network programming and principles, including database design, replication, load balancing, reliable/unreliable messaging, latency minimisation, and security.
• 2+ years of server/network development experience in high load scenarios.
• A passion for the latest Web technology, and for games!
