Role: .Net Developer

Location: Bristol/Remote

Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 + competitive pension contribution, medical cover, income protection, up to 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible and remote working options, career progression, gym membership & more.

iO Associates are partnered with one of the UK's top software consultancies and we're assisting them as their Bristol office sees its next round of growth.

The company already has an established development team of around 50 within their brand new Bristol office and over the next 12-18 months, they're planning to double in size.

They're an in-house consultancy that has established a culture of innovation and collaboration and they're now looking for a number of developers who have strong logic and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for both mid-level and senior developers to join teams where you will be carrying out bespoke software development for a range of clients across areas such as financial services, trading platforms, healthcare, and much more.

Career progression is most definitely on offer, specific metrics are clearly set out for you from day one - once these are achieved promotions/pay rises are awarded. It's not a case of filling a dead person's shoes!

Being a consultancy and working with a variety of clients, you'll have the chance to work with a variety of technology, tools, and frameworks, too. When "on the bench" you're given the time and space needed to form workshop groups where you can start experimenting with new tools and knowledge share.

From a skills perspective, we're looking for people with experience in some (or all) of the following:

• C# .Net
• Agile / Scrum
• Strong logical thinker
• Cloud technologies
• Any modern front end frameworks
