.Net Developer - Bristol - Amazing culture and progression!

I'm currently working with a financial services company based in Bristol, who are looking for 3 x Software Developers.

They have recently grown by acquisition and have a number of interesting projects lined up to go on their digital journey.

You will be working alongside 3 dev teams, with a pretty flat structure, that includes developers, BA's and testers.

If you are a well rounded developer with a background in C# and .Net and ideally have worked with Azure and React then this could be the right role for you!

The company have around 130 people in the business but have maintained a genuine family feel (the CEO will know your name and take you out for lunch when you start!).

The salary on offer is from £35,000 - £48,000 and includes benefits such as a bonus scheme, strong pension, healthcare and 26 days holiday (you can buy/sell holiday as well!).

They are based in central Bristol and when things go back to normal will be looking at 2 days in the office and 3 days at home, although if you want to go in more you are more than welcome to.

I had a great chat with the Development Manager earlier, who is a really nice guy, and the thing that stands out is the culture he has created. They are an Agile team with a developers of all levels.
