Role: .Net Team Lead

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus, share scheme, saving scheme, pension, variety of discounts, flexible/remote working, yearly salary reviews, training & development, career progression

iO Associates have partnered with a Cardiff based organisation that are on the lookout for a Lead Developer to join and work alongside a complete range of very talented technical people as well as act as a "right arm" for the Head of Software Development and take on the line management of a team of developers.

After a restructure a couple of years ago, the Team Lead position is a relatively new introduction to the company. It's a great opening for someone at a Senior level looking to take a step up into a leadership role, or a well seasoned, existing Team Lead keen to change up their responsibilities and explore a new team!

This role offers collaboration with other technical leads, architects and a range of other colleagues who specialise in various other verticals such as Data and Consumer Experiences.

We are looking for someone that can work independently as well as enjoys helping to bring along other, more junior members by fostering a keenness to learn and develop.

In terms of the work itself, they're currently going through a complete re-architecture. They introduced the Azure platform almost 10 years ago and are now in the process of updating that, as well as making the move to .Net Core, and the transition from Angular and MVC to React.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

• MVC & JS Frameworks
• Cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
• C# .Net
