Location: Aberdeen, Scotland (On-site, Monday to Friday)

An established downhole tool design company in the Aberdeen area is seeking a Draughtsman to join their team. This is an on-site role requiring 1-2 years of experience, with proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks. Please note that sponsorship cannot be offered for this position. The role offers a salary of up to £50,000, along with a good benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for downhole tools and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and high-quality drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
• Maintain and organize design documentation and drawing files.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a draughtsman, preferably in the oil & gas or mechanical engineering sector.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, particularly SolidWorks.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
