DV Cleared Service Desk Manager

iO Associates are partnered with one of the most exciting consultancies in the South West on their search for a DV Cleared Service Desk Manager.

Location: Cheltenham
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £350 - £500 Outside IR35

You will be expected to deal with stakeholders at varying levels and support a variety of applications whilst providing front line troubleshooting, diagnostics and technical fixes.

Essential Experience
* An understanding of working with SLAs
* Ownership of incident management tickets through a structured process whilst investigating and determining a solution
* Password management
* ITIL
* Experience with HP Service Desk
* Administer remote desktops configuration manager and device manager
* Configure device hardware
* Active Directory knowledge
