Dynamics 365 Consultant

iO Associates are working with an international charity who are looking for a remote Dynamics 365 Consultant.

This role will lead the deployment and support of the company's CRM365 platform. This is a complete end-to-end role, seeing through the whole project lifecycle.

Role: Dynamics 365 Consultanat

Location: Remote

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits

Duration: 12 months FTC

This role will involve configuring user interfaces for the international organisation. You will focus on the integrations, working heavily with the global project team.

One of the first projects this role will be involved in is a Dynamics CRM rollout to international contact centres.

This role will involve:

• Being the subject matter expert in CRM365
• Reviewing technical specifications
• Investigating platform issues
• Maintaining software knowledge base
• Awareness of security parameters

This company is increasingly working with Power Platforms and Power Apps so any experience in this, whilst not mandatory, would be hugely beneficial.
