Electrical Commissioning Manager

We are currently looking for a Commissioning Manager (Electronic Security Systems) to join a leading client of ours in the Defence/Nuclear sector. They are a leading infrastructure solutions provider driving innovation across transportation, energy, water, and defence sectors.

Within this role you will join a major Nuclear Defence project in Berkshire, supporting delivery on the project. This is a rare chance to work on one of the UK's most complex and high-profile projects, overseeing the commissioning of specialist equipment, building services, and control systems.

**Please note, this role requires SC Clearance.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead electrical commissioning for systems including BMS, HVAC, and process plant equipment.
Oversee production, review, and approval of all electrical and BMS commissioning documentation.
Manage and resolve test failures to ensure system compliance and functionality.
Deliver regular updates on commissioning progress to key stakeholders.
Control changes to commissioning schedules, resources, and forecasts for project alignment.

Key skills:

Active SC (Security Clearance).
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Low Voltage Electrical Distribution design.
Control System design.
Building Services & Management system design.
Earthing & Lightning design.
Knowledge of safety standards (IEC 61508, 61511, 61513).
