Electrical Engineer - Senior / Intermediate

iO Associates are looking for a Senior/Intemeduare Electrical Design Engineer's for a company that is at the forefront of supporting the global push towards net zero emissions with cutting-edge, sustainable solutions that enhance grid resilience, drive the electrification of transport, and optimize resource usage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects ranging from several thousand pounds to multi-million-pound projects involving a vast array of engineering services in complex buildings. Should have knowledge of preparing and presenting evidence and supporting information and calculations for renewable and low energy solutions is important.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate evidence be capable of performing in a client facing role, collaborating with Client representatives and other design team members and also working collaboratively with a team which would comprise mechanical, electrical, public health and sustainability (thermal modelling) on a project-by-project basis.

Title: Senior Electrical Engineer | Salary upto: £65,000 per annum
Title: Intermediate Electrical Engineer | Salary upto: £50,000 per annum

• Electrical Design
• Technical report's
• Site surveys
• Client-facing responsibilities
• Collaborative work within larger teams on various projects.
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently (senior)
• Monitoring project costs and timelines.

Skills

• A HNC/Degree qualification - Electrical or building services
• Professional membership of relevant institute (CIBSE, IET, IMechE, IHEEM)
• Experience of design in building services,
• Client interaction skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Hevacomp, Amtech, Excel, MS Project etc.
• Building regulations standard etc.

• Bonus (dependant on level): no contractual 2%, based on business performance and only eligible once passing probation.
