We're looking for an Embedded Software Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments. You'll be part of a high-performing team developing and deploying real-time software at the heart of next-generation space systems.

Your Mission:

Develop and implement control software in C/C++ for real-time operating systems (RTOS)
Analyze and optimize the system performance of complex embedded platforms
Integrate hardware and software components for seamless system functionality
Conduct rigorous software testing and debugging
Create detailed technical documentation and software specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of hardware, systems, and test engineers

What You Bring:

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Several years of professional experience in embedded software development
Proven expertise with RTOS, ideally RTEMS or VxWorks
Strong C/C++ programming skills
Hands-on experience with microcontroller architectures and hardware interfaces
Solid know-how in using debugging and test tools
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
Excellent team spirit and communication skills in both English and German
