Role: Engineering Supervisor
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: £40,000 + Benefits
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:30-17:00 (Early finish on a Friday)

iO Associates are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to lead and motivate a team on the manufacturing line, with other duties including:

• Planned and Preventative Maintenance of automation equipment
• Scheduling project work, upgrades and system modifications
• Support Continuous Improvement on site
• Manage all the asset care activities in your cell including contractor management and budgets
• Focus on the top Machine Mechanical Efficiency losses
• Take reasonable care for Health and Safety of yourself and others on site
• Hazard reporting

To be considered for this role you must have:

• 5 years' minimum experience within Maintenance Engineering
• Strong background in AM/PPM
• Have some experience mentoring, leading junior members of staff
• Experience of process control, pasteurisation, heat transfer and fluid mechanics (desired)
