iO Associates are working with an NHS Trust to find an EPR Core System Manager to join the Clinical Solutions Team. The Core System Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of the Trusts clinical system.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the development of training programmes
• Create, build and maintain relationships with system suppliers
• Work with the team to support colleagues to ensure consistency in approach

Requirements:

• Advanced skills within Microsoft Office and other software packages
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience of leading a team
• Experience managing clinical systems within a health care setting
• Experience of Project Management and handling budgets (desirable)
• Excellent documentation of changes/process skills
• Experience of System analysis and benefit mapping
