Business Process / Product Specialist (ERP/APS Implementation)

Temporary Contract - 6 Months with Possible Extension)
Munich Location - Hybrid working
Rate: €45 ph - 30 days holiday, healthcare, free canteen

Our client in Munich seeks a passionate Business Process & Technology Specialist to join their growing team! This temporary contract role (with potential for extension) offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on their top-tier production operations around Supply Chain, Logistics and Production.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical production needs, design efficient processes, and spearhead advancements in their ERP system (including APS integration).
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for developers.
• Lead projects from initial concept to successful implementation, ensuring smooth go-live transitions.
• Orchestrate development initiatives - both internal and external - to create or enhance essential production tools.
• Utilize the Scrum framework to achieve project goals efficiently.

You are a highly skilled professional with:

• Experience working with Infor LN and APS systems (ideally in a prototyping environment).
• A proven track record in ERP implementation or upgrade processes.
• In-depth knowledge of production, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing IT projects effectively.
• Familiarity with functionality testing methodologies.
• A strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of aviation standards is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration skills (including stakeholder management).
• Stellar presentation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
