Job Title:- ERP Implementation Engineer

Duration:- 6-12 months

Location:- Farnborough, UK

Upto 75 per hour

For their client, IO Associates is looking for an ERP Implementation Engineer. The client is the second largest space company in the world. The client brings interoperable and collaborative solutions to ensure superiority for combat systems across the five operational domains: land, air, sea, space and cyber.

The primary responsibility of this post is to ensure suitable Project Governance is in place and manage all facets of Project Management through to completion. The resource will work with stakeholders to create selection criteria, procure RFP's, review proposals and onboard suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand project scope, timelines, and deliverables; collaborate with internal stakeholders to grasp their needs and expectations.
  • Work with various organizational functions (Finance, Production, R&D, Procurement, HR, etc.) to map out existing business processes.
  • Develop a shortlist of potential suppliers, draft proposals, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Participate in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate requirements and validate proposed solutions.
  • Conduct impact analysis, support application testing, implementation, and training activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze, report, and resolve issues related to implementation, stakeholders, and project operations to maintain service quality; ensure swift and proper resolution of stakeholder questions and problems.

Essential Skills:-

  • Possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with full life cycle end-to-end implementations of ERP/financial systems, with a preference for M365 and Dassault (PLM), particularly in production modules.
  • Skilled in using technology to enhance business and finance processes.
  • Proven project management experience and formal qualifications such as Prince2, Agile PM, or PMP.
  • Comprehensive understanding of core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and business processes.
