Your Mission

Approve F&DT deliverables and lead the resolution of technical challenges.
Own and shape the technical scope of assigned projects.
Bring fresh engineering solutions and process enhancements based on cross-industry, aerospace, or research experience.
Mentor junior team members-develop both their technical skills and professional confidence.

You Bring

Deep expertise in structural engineering, fatigue/stress mechanics, and F&DT methodology.
Strong grounding in aircraft structural design principles.
Approver-level or near-approver status in fatigue & damage tolerance analysis.
A creative mindset and ability to innovate.
