Job Title: Field Service Engineer (Robotics)
Location: Ireland (Dundalk with Travel)
Company: Our client is a leading robotics company specializing in designing, building, and maintaining robotic systems for various industries.
Role Overview: As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of our client's robotic systems. You'll work closely with customers, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on robotic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with customers to address their concerns and optimize system performance.
• Perform software updates and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
• Train end-users on proper system operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with other engineering teams for complex repairs or system enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in robotics maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing robotic components.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
