Field Services Representative | Defence

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

As our C4i division continues to grow we are looking to hire a number of Field Service Representatives to join our Field Services manager on the integration and support of two key products with our customers.

The role will focus on the integration of products into the user community, helping to incorporate user training solutions and liaising with product partners to successfully install and configure the product. You will be the first point of contact for customer and user and provide assistance, relaying these to the technical teams and acting as the bridge between engineers and the customer.

The role will be a hybrid of home and office working as well as visits to customer sites to support the end user.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide individual and collective training of ESUK products

• Research and identify solutions to product issues.

• Engage with product and engineering teams to support user issues.

• Support customer in their digital journey with ESUK

What we're looking for:

• Strong stakeholder management experience

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems

• Prior experience with FST / JTAC

• Provide Level 1 technical support
