Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations

iO Associates are looking for a Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations to work within manufacturing operational environment. You will be responsible for managing accounting cycles, prepare monthly financial reports and provide financial advice, oversee controls, and collaborate globally for timely financial accounts.

Job Title: Finance Specialist - Accounting Operations
Location: Worcester, UK
Contract: 6 months, Onsite with potential for hybrid working

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting cycles, analyse variances, and present reports to upper management.
• Track and recommend actions for key projects related to productivity and cost optimization.
• Provide financial advice, prepare plans, and ensure internal controls within the facility.
• Collaborate globally for timely financial accounts and payroll preparation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, professional qualification.
• Proven finance experience in high-performance manufacturing.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum 2 years of ERP Oracle experience.
• Open-minded, autonomous, positive outlook, international experience a plus.
