iO Associates are working with a well-established, reputable Professional Services organisation who have a new requirement for a First Line Support Engineer.
In this role you, will have the opportunity to learn from Infrastructure Engineer, Project Managers and the Head of IT. The company take training and development seriously, and are looking for someone who wants to learn.
Role: First Line Support Engineer
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 + benefits
This role will involve responding to ticket queries and supporting users over phone, email and Teams.
You will resolve technical queries, escalating where appropriate.
Technically, this role will involve working with:
- Ticketing systems
- Active Directory
- Office 365 (no experience required)
Communication and teamwork skills are fundamental to this role.
