As a Command and Control Engineer, you will join a highly driven team of Flight Test experts, with a common goal towards developing some of the industry's most cutting edge Flight test infrastructure.

You will be responsible for supporting all technical and operational activities related to system design, including conceptual design, design of installations, wiring diagrams, operation support, troubleshooting and data analysis.

Your Day to Day:

• Communicate with different Engineering teams to define appropriate instrumentation requirements;
• Design solutions and improvements for the system
• Provide general dispositions to system maintenance, including repair and troubleshooting instructions
• Evaluate system health with real flight test data
• Provide adequate management of ground control station to guarantee maintenance, calibration and availability
• Specific projects and tasks assigned by management

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree in a correlate Engineering area (Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering)
• Radio Frequency experience required
• Min. of 5 years of experience in flight test , Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) or telecom environment
• Experience with data processing and analysis required
• Hands-on approach
• CAD software experience is beneficial
• Excellent team player
• Ability to teach
• High level of self-confidence, with the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Target-oriented, driven workstyle with analytic problem-solving skills required
• Willingness to travel to Spain (may not be necessary, extent still unknown)
• Fluent English language skills are essential, German language skills are beneficial
