Front End Developer

Front End Developer - Cambridge - 6-Month Contract - £400 a day - OUTSIDE IR35

iO Associates are currently looking for a Front End Developer to join my client based in cambridge for a 6-month contract role offering up to £400 a day (OUTSIDE IR35) for an immediate start. The client is looking for someone to start by November 29th and this role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week initially due to the nature of the project and essential knowledge transfer. Some remote working may be granted after an initial period.

You're going to be joining a team that is rapidly growing and you'll be securing a long term role that will see you working on a steady stream of digital projects. The most essential criteria for this position is that you need extensive experience in either React, NodeJS or Javascript or potentially all 3! You also need to be familiar with HTML/CSS/ Bulma CSS in order to work with smartphone devices.

Technical skills required

1. React, NodeJS or Javascript (extensive experience with either/or - this is essential)
2. HTML/CSS/ Bulma CSS including creation of responsive design suitable for desktop & smartphone use that supports users speaking different languages
3. Authentication services such as OAUTH and OIDC
4. Experience with interacting with REST APIs and JSON processing
