Front End Development Manager | Bristol

Are you an experienced Front-End Development Manager? Our Bristol based client is going through an exciting period of growth and looking to build an ambitious new team.

We're looking for someone who can strike the right balance between getting stuck in with the latest tech and guiding the Frontend Development team in building the brand-new product

Responsible for the management of between 10-20 Developers, you'll help to;

· Delivering the new product from conception to release
· Build up a brand-new team with talented developers
· Set team and individual objectives and achieving goals
· Provide effective managerial support ensuring we get the very best from your team
· Conduct periodic performance reviews and ensure team members are hitting targets
· Work with the Technical Lead to define technical objectives and to ensure they are met

Essential Skills

· Experience in leading a team in a Full-stack or Frontend Development capacity
· Proven history of hands on and hands-off experience
· Experience working within product development
· Experience working within an Agile Scrum Environment
