Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Swansea/Remote

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 + benefits, consistent salary reviews + progression to CTO + remote & flexible working.

iO Associates have partnered exclusively with a FinTech startup that are embarking on the next phase of their journey and relocating to South Wales - Swansea.

They have three, large client facing applications they are looking to rebuild and a nice little progression plan through to CTO too.

They're still very open in terms of the direction the product takes and so you're able to have an influential say in features and upgrades added.

Rather than working on one small part of very large systems, this is an opportunity to really take control of the work you do as well as be able to actually the see work you do as part of a product you'll work on in its entirety.

The idea is that this role eventually progresses into a CTO type role as the current tech lead is looking to move to a hands off position over the next 2-3 years.

You'll be able to grow your own team out too.

They're working fully remotely at the moment and will be for the forseeable. As and when it's safe to do so, there would be the expectation to be in the office every so often but you can stay mostly remote should you wish to do so.
