Full Stack Developer - Remote/South Wales

Role: Full Stack Developer

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + flexible/remote working, healthcare package, pension, share scheme, training, development, career progression & more

We have partnered with a Cardiff based SME that have some exponential growth plans in place for the next 5 years. Funding has been secured and now the wheels are in motion to start to bring all the software development and IT functions in-house.

Considering they're at the start of the growth journey, this is the kind of role that will allow you to carve out your career in the direction you wish to take as well as collaborate with inital founders of the business and really make your mark on a genuinely fantastic initiative.

The main focus of the role is of course software development but there will also be the opportunity to dip your toe in elsewhere: business analysis, product management, requirement gathering as well as working with both back and front end tools.

On top of that, the future of the projects are really quite promising too whereby they will be utilising AI/ML more and more thanks to the masses (and I mean masses) of data they collect.

Not all of the above are essential, at this point we are more looking for someone with the willingness and desire to grow alongside a truly amazing company and be involved in something huge.

Being a carbon neutral company, they are of course more than happy for you to work remotely as well as choose a working pattern that suits you and your needs. We just need a little bit of cross over so you can get to know the systems and company ethos. Alternatively, if you want to work in their (brand new) offices, that's fine too.
