Global Head of Service

Global Head of Service - Global Enterprise - Wiltshire - £90k

I am currently supporting a very exciting client of mine, who are really a household name, in their search for a Head of Service to join the business and play a key role in the business' Service and Operations strategy moving forward.

The successful candidate needs to have experience doing a similar role already, as they will not have the capacity to train someone up into the role. You would need experience guiding service operations strategy of a large, multi-site business, experience with vendor management, delivery of effective incident recovery models, budgeting and experience managing teams across multiple locations.

• Vendor and partner management
• Service Operations strategy
• Budgeting
• Ownership for technical issues and incidents across service operations
• People management

Personal criteria:

• Must be able to work in a high-pressure role
• Excellent people skills
• Experience managing leads across multiple sites and teams
