Global IT Support Analyst - Wiltshire - 6-Month Contract - £475 a day - Immediate Start

iO Associates are currently looking for a Global IT Support Analyst to join my client based in Wiltshire for a 6-month contract role offering up to £475 a day (inside IR35) for an immediate start. The client has gone back to normal working conditions which means 5 days a week at their head quaters in Wiltshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ITIL Service Transitions, Digital, CRM, ERP and HCM applications, knowledge of project delivery methodologies and ideally have experience with Service Now, Advanced Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams, Confluence and Jira.

You must have experience with the following:

  • Experience of IT Support and Service Operations, in large and complex IT environments and organizational eco-systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL service transition and service operations and analysis processes
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile/SCRUM/SAFE/DSDM)
  • Experience of Digital applications (Web, E-Commerce, Point of Sale, Identity Management & Content Management)
  • Experience of CRM applications (Registration, Data Handling, Customer Support, Regulation, Security, Marketing)
  • Experience of ERP applications (SAP/S4 Hana, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain)
  • Experience of HCM applications (Workday)
  • Experience of Service Now, Advanced Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams, Confluence, Jira.
