This role plays a crucial part in driving innovation across the product life cycle, from new product implementation to end-of-life strategies.

Role Summary:

As the Global Product Manager, you will lead a team to create scalable and segment-focused offerings that translate market insights into sustainable customer value. You will be instrumental in developing comprehensive product plans to protect and grow market share, supported by strong business cases for profitability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and lead a product portfolio strategy to enhance brand positioning
Create product roadmaps based on market insights to unlock growth and differentiation
Define pricing strategies and support their execution to achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product management processes
Support competitor monitoring and apply insights to strengthen market positioning

Essential Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in Product Management and Marketing in the semiconductor or similar complex technology
Strong knowledge of semiconductor (or similar) products, applications, and markets
Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive successful negotiations
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and talent growth
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with engineering practices, disciplines, and systems
Experience in global B2B equipment markets
