Global R&D QA Technologist

iO Associates have partnered with a global FMCG business for a very exciting role based at the Head Office in Chiswick Park. They are looking for a Global R&D Quality Technologist to join the team ASAP.

They have been around for over 100 years and now have a large global footprint, however they have retained the family ethos that has made their businesses and brands so iconic.

In this role you will be working closely with R&D, SQSE and Marketing teams across all locations globally to ensure an R&D Quality Management system is developed and maintained.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of global policies and procedures that standardise and improve R&D quality performance and food issue management.

This will involve improving quality performance throughout the full product life cycle in the R&D department (product development and management, cost release, regulatory, nutrition).

You will be working closely with other team members to build and evolve analytics and reporting of data relevant to quality and food issues and to do this you will perform strategic compliance audits/gap analysis, whilst working with regional and global teams to resolve issues and improve the management systems across the board.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Degree level qualification in a technical subject area or equivalent in experience
• Application and/or implementation experience of quality/product policies and procedures
• Proven track record of operating in multinational FMCG food company
• Proven project planning and management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• R&D experience

They operate a hybrid working model with 3 days on site and 2 WFH.

In return you will receive salary of £40,000 along with a bonus of 10%, Single healthcare cover, company pension plus much more.
