This company has huge growth projected over the next year so they are looking for an ambitious graduate who wants to make the most of the training and progression opportunities available.

The company has a busy year ahead with new projects on their cloud-based systems. This Graduate IT Support Engineer will assist supporting the company's systems.

Role: Graduate IT Support Engineer

Location: Birmingham (with significant working from home possible)

Salary: £20,000 + training + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up IT equipment and machines
• Configure devices
• Support cloud-based software
• Support the IT helpdesk when required
• Escalate unresolved tickets
