Are you a recent graduate or graduating this summer and looking to kick start your career within the Medical Device industry?

My client, a medical device manufacturer based in the Cotswold's are looking for a Graduate NPI Engineer to join their team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the NPI department, ensuring regulatory and OMS compliance throughout the product development process.

You will be reporting directly to the Senior NPI Lead and depending on your experience will receive training in any area that need upskilling.

To be successful in this role you will need a degree in a relevant engineering discipline with ideally some work experience, be that 1 or 2 years working or an industrial placement year. You will also need to have a real appetite for product testing and analysis, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues.

You will also have:

• Knowledge of design and manufacturing within the requirements of the current MDR regulations
• Experience in product testing, including documentation, analysis and presenting data
• Experience in 2D and 3D CAD package

Medical device experience is not essential but would be a big advantage.
