What we're looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are recruiting for an individual to join us as Head of Commercial for our C4i division. This role will see you heading up and leading commercial across all current programmes and bids as well as working with the leadership team to identify future commercial agreements and company growth.

Our C4i division in the UK is currently supplying leading edge technology to the UK MoD with a number of key wins this year and with our continued relationship with the MoD this role is key to the continued growth of the business.

You will be responsible for;

  • Acting as the principal advisor on all commercial matters relating to the day-to-day tasking within the allocated division

  • Contributing to the wider divisional leadership

  • Ensuring appropriate commercial governance and compliance with Company processes

  • Maintaining a Company consistent approach to commercial positions within the allocated division

  • Reviewing and negotiating Terms and Conditions, Frameworks

  • Supporting partnering strategy and negotiating teaming agreements

  • Line management of Commercial Managers/Officers operating within the division

The ideal individual will have;

  • 10-15 years post degree relevant experience.

  • Pre and post contract management experience - the ratio of pre:post is 50:50

  • Knowledge and experience of UKMOD procurement process

  • Ability to interpret, draft, negotiate standard Terms and Conditions

  • Ability to interpret relatively complex financial models and understand price builds - with view to articulating pricing strategies to senior management

  • General business acumen - sixth sense for identifying commercial risk and sniffing out a good deal
