Head of Data & Analytics

Working for one of the most innovative aviation companies based out of Stans, we are seeking a Head of Data & Analytics.

Initially leading a small team of 3, you will be growing the data and analytics function, setting strategy for the business, tackling and innovating data solutions.

Package - circa 155,000 CHF

The role:

• Personnel and technical leadership from our Data & Analytics team
• Overall responsibility of the Business Intelligence Competence Center
• Main contact for all BI/AI/ML topics from business and IT
• Strategic planning, control and implementation of the data & analytics infrastructure and services
• Operation and further development of the IoT, EDWH infrastructure including cloud services
• Sourcing decisions and coordination of near and offshore activities
• Ensuring activities and communication between all business functions

Key Experience:

• Circa 10 years of leadership experience in cross-functional teams and structures with in Data
• Several years of experience in the field of enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence and IoT infrastructure
• Evidence of architecture, implementation and operations across a organisation
• Well-founded practical and implementation knowledge in the areas of BI vision, strategy and their transformation
• A high level of personal responsibility, initiative and pleasure in working in an interdisciplinary, complex environment with different interest groups
• Very good verbal and written communication skills DE/EN (C1)
