Head of Test

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000

Location: Bristol

Hours: Full time (Remote up to 3 days a week)

Contract Type: Permanent

iO Associates are delighted to be working with a world class SAAS platform as they look to bolster the ranks of their test teams with an accomplished Test Manager.

You will be entering a thriving sector with incredible growth opportunities in the coming months and years. A solid degree of technicality would be preferred as you will be managing some incredible Automation Testers who will look to you for guidance and mentorship.

Key Skills:

• Previous Experience with Team Management and Writing Test Strategies
• Experience managing a Team of 5 or more Testers
• An understanding of Automation and its place in the process
• Knowledge of how to drive productivity without sacrificing creativity
• Experience with Release management

Ideally we would also like:

• An understanding of Automation Testing
• Understanding of the C#/microsoft stack (Specflow, Azure)
• Working knowledge and experience along the full Software Development Life-cycle
• Non-functional testing experience (Security/Performance/Load)
• JMeter or Gatling for NFT
• Postman and Fiddler for API Testing
