The Role

We're hiring a Head of Vlocity/OmniStudio Development to lead the Salesforce Industries architecture and delivery across the business. You'll own the OmniStudio roadmap, lead a specialist team, and work closely with business and IT leadership to build scalable, industry-compliant solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) and OmniStudio development strategy
Manage and mentor a growing team of OmniStudio/Vlocity developers
Design and implement guided workflows, Dataraptors, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures
Ensure scalable, reusable component design aligned with Salesforce best practices
Partner with enterprise architects, Salesforce COE, and business teams
Establish governance, QA, and performance monitoring frameworks

What You'll Bring

8-10+ years Salesforce experience, 3+ years with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
Deep expertise in OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors
Experience with Salesforce Service and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of industry-specific data models (Energy & Utilities Cloud a strong plus)
Familiarity with Apex, LWC, and integration patterns (REST, APIs)
Proven leadership and delivery in enterprise agile environments
Bonus: Background in the energy, utilities, or telecom sector
