Helpdesk Analyst

Another one of our brilliant clients here at iO, is looking to grow their team in Exeter and is on the look out for their next IT Support Analyst with a passion for all things IT.

The ideal candidate is someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to cover their first line.

The role would be based in their Exeter office three times a week offering a hybrid approach, alongside a salary of up to £22k.

Role: IT Support Analyst.

Fixed term contract: 1 year.

Location: Exeter.

Salary: £20,000-£22,000

The role will involve,

• Providing 1st line support.
• Maintaining and managing the helpdesk.
• Dealing with hardware and software queries.
• Office 365.
• Onboarding and offboarding users.
• Providing both hardware and software support.
