Helpdesk Desk Support Analyst
Initial 3-month contract
If you have experience providing 1st line service desk support and would be keen on joining a well-known organisation based in Bath then this could be for you.
- Previous experience as a 1st line support
- Experience providing Service Desk Support by supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems.
- Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Experience logging all issues with appropriate documentation
- Ability to maintain current knowledge of support knowledge provided through training
- Experience with Windows/Windows Server
- Experience with Active Directory
