If you have experience providing 1st line service desk support and would be keen on joining a well-known organisation based in Bath then this could be for you.

Role requirements:

  • Previous experience as a 1st line support
  • Experience providing Service Desk Support by supporting users in diagnosing, reporting and resolving or correcting hardware and software problems.
  • Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software.
  • Experience logging all issues with appropriate documentation
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge of support knowledge provided through training
  • Experience with Windows/Windows Server
  • Experience with Active Directory
