Versatile IT Support professional wanted by established and growing business based in the South East. The company has an exciting portfolio and is keen to add ambitious an individual to their team.

  • Strong customer services skills
  • Excellent general IT skills across 1st and 2nd line infrastructure
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Good networking experience
  • Ability to work simultaneously on a range of work
  • Escalation of incidents when required
  • Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and implementing when required
