What we’re looking for;  

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.   

We are looking for a HR Manager to join out fast growing Aerospace division. Following the win of a large programme of work last year and continued growth over the past 7 months we are now looking for an individual to join as HR Manager and partner with the MD and Director of programmes in unifying and helping the company grow.

The role will see you working across a number of projects straight away and coming in at a time of large growth for the business as we move from current state to a headcount of 100+ over the coming 12 months.

You will be involved in projects ranging from TUPE to recruitment and building out procedures and policies to enable continued growth.

This is a truly unique opportunity to join at a stage where the work and projects you will conduct will help to shape the companies growth and HR functionality.

Not only is there an excellent opportunity to be involved in this continued growth but also a chance to work on the international stage and have direct liaison and correspondence with multinational parent company HR Vice Presidents as you work to bring through aligned process’, policies and growth strategies.

As part of this growth you will initially be working within a small team and supported by the MD and Director of the business but also have an opportunity to manage and grow out a team within the business as the company grows.

For such an exciting, unique and challenging role we are ideally looking for someone with the following attributes and skills;

·       HR Management, HR Advisory

·       Full E2E HR Experience across policy and recruitment

·       A good knowledge of employment law, TUPE

·       An ambitious and adaptable individual

·       Experience of resource panning and organisational design

·       Sociable individual with excellent stakeholder management
