Role: HR TUPE Manager

Location: Bristol

Elbit Systems in the UK are a Defence, Technology and Aerospace company working on a range of technologies for both military and civilian applications. With six subsidiaries and two joint ventures we are engaged in a range of defence programmes in the UK.

You will be working with a team of experienced and talented individuals across multiple disciplines and in an organisation that not only has the benefit of a global presence, but as a subsidiary means you will work in a small team environment, that is increasing rapidly and with lots of opportunity for growth.

What we’re looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are looking to hire an experienced HR individual with experience of large scale TUPE programmes to join us in the E2E delivery of transfer of employees from a number of incumbent providers for our most recent programme win for the Royal Navy.

We are producing bleeding edge technical systems as part of a larger consortium delivering Royal Navy training. As part of the programme we will be inheriting a number of systems and staff from defence firms in the area.

We're looking for an individual that would take responsibility for;

  • All aspects of the TUPE transfer

  • Participation in consultations with trade unions to support the business as required.

  • Managing the experience of the transferring employees

  • Managing the expectations of the consortium throughout the TUPE and managing the stakeholders and employee movement.

This is a fantastic chance to be part of a large scale MoD programme, assisting the future of military training and ensuring the ease of transfer for individuals that will be moving between companies over the coming months & years.

We're looking for someone with experience of;

  • Managing large TUPE transfers

  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and trade negotiation

  • CIPD qualifications

  • Experience of large scale recruitment and onboarding

  • Union consultation & employee representative experience

What’s in it for you;

Elbit UK is at the forefront of technological innovation within our industry and as our presence grows in the UK, we want to recruit talented individuals to build a cohesive and diverse group on numerous projects. We offer competitive salary packages and day rates, flexible working hours, health care options, life cover, family friendly policies and a range of additional benefits including salary sacrifice schemes, discounts, access to Learning and Development tools and support for yours and your family’s health and wellbeing.

All the positions will be based full-time or with alternative flexible arrangement from our offices either in Bristol, London or home based (where the job allows).

If you're looking for your next challenge and want to join our rapidly growing delivery function with the opportunity to work on a number of CAT B deliveries for the UK MoD then please get in touch.
