IO Associates is looking for a HSE Advisor to join their client's team. The HSE team is dedicated to fostering a positive culture that emphasizes all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment. Job Title:- HSE Advisor
Location:- Bristol, Southampton or Gliucester (Hybrid onsite working)
Duration:- 10 months
Up to 175 per day inside IR35
BPSS/SC cleared

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities:-

Examine HSE management systems inside.
Give new hires thorough health and safety orientations.
Participate in steering committees, working groups, HSE meetings, and other forums to support continuing initiatives for improvement.
Lead or take part in HSE investigations as necessary.
Oversee the platforms and requirements for HSE training.
Occupational health, display screen equipment checks, and other necessary adjustments should be coordinated with HR.
Help with Eco Online reviews and make sure that employee and environmental data is entered accurately.
Assist in organizing and carrying out external audits, encompassing management standards ISO 45001, 45003, and 14001.
Make sure that HSE-related records and artifacts are properly managed and stored so that they are accessible by stakeholders

Skills required:-

NEBOSH HSE certification (required or aspired to) competence with HSE management systems in operation.
Knowledge of the legislative instruments and resources (such as the websites of the Environment Agency and the HSE) for decision support.
strong sense of competence and when to offer counsel.
