Implementation Support Engineer

iO Associates are working with a growing software company in Bath who are on the lookout for an Implementation Support Engineer to join their growing team.

Throughout the last year the company has grown hugely and they have multiple exciting projects for this Implementation Support Engineer to get their teeth into.

Role: Implementation Support Engineer

Location: Bath (with flexibility for WFH)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + benefits + training

The role has a customer-facing focus, so a key skillset is being able to communicate technical issues to non-technical people. Stakeholder management is a key skillset for this opportunity and will be fundamental to the company's success.

This role will involve:

• Implementation of company's software solutions
• Liaise with support team to handle issues in a timely fashion
• Identify training areas to support clients
• Documentation
• Develop project schedules and objectives
• Help manage project progress to meet requirements
• Communicate customer requirements to support and development teams

Experience in a previous Implementation Engineer position is not required. Instead, the company is looking for someone with experience in a support team and a basic understanding of software, who wants to learn quickly and make the most of the progression opportunities.
