Are you an Security and Compliance Consultant with experience ensuring data, information and systems is kept safe from Cyber threats?

iO Associates are looking for a proactive Digital Specialist with a proven track record in leading on organisational Security and Compliance to join a local government organisation on a 3-month basis, fully remote.

Your main duty will be to establish policies and standards to protect information and data against cyber threats, complying with relevant legislation, assessing the organisations protection measures against attacks, such as firewalls, AV software and password policies, advising on improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience in establishing policies and standards to protect information and data
• Experience in reviewing complex IT infrastructure and systems to identify risks and vulnerabilities
• Experience in dealing with service users and stakeholders
• Proactive with commitment to provision of excellent customer service
