IO Associates are helping one of the fastest growing organisations in South Wales/South West recruit an Infrastructure Analyst for their infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be in charge of maintaining and ensuring resilience of all infrastructure, environments, applications and services.

Role: Infrastructure Analyst
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Bristol or Cardiff
** This role will be remote for the foreseeable future **
Responsbilities:
- Liaise with wider Tech Team & external 3rd party service providers,
- Lead & suggest methods and actions, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the in-house infrastructure
- Provide technical support
- Act as an escalation point
- Customer Service
Experience
- Knowledge of systems and network technologies
- AWS/Azure knowledge/experience/exposure
- Experience using call logging software
- Extensive IT Support experience
- Experience of Project Work & BAU
