Infrastructure Engineer

iO Associates are working with an established and growing company who are on the lookout for an Infrastructure Engineer in Chippenham.

This Infrastructure Engineer with work on the company's hybrid Azure/ virtualised/ on-prem infrastructure. The company is increasingly implementing DevOps technology and methodology. This position offers a variety of project and BAU work and the opportunity to work with a variety of technology.

Role: Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Chippenham

Salary: £40,000 - £47,500 + benefits

You will join a team delivering pipeline strategy for CI/ CD and improving Azure DevOps services to the company's developers. This role is a great fit both for individuals with previous DevOps experience or Infrastructure Engineers looking to get more exposure to DevOps technology.

The company has a huge focus on training and development in the latest technology.

Where possible this Infrastructure Engineer will prioritise automation and security.

This role will involve working with:

• VMWare
• Azure
• PowerShell scripting
• CI/CD
• VOIP
• SQL databases

In this role, you will support and maintain the virtual and on-prem environment as well as working with cloud technology.
