Infrastructure Engineer
Would you be interested in working for an industry leading brand, with globally recognised capabilities and a strong pipeline of work? The prospective Infrastructure Engineer will be joining a high functioning team, who are hiring due to organic growth.
Key deliverables:
- 3rd/4th Line support for all tickets across EMEA
- Leading projects and supporting break/fix tasks
- Supporting the upgrade to Citrix cloud
Essential criteria:
- Deep technical understanding across Microsoft and Citrix technologies
- Strong professional background of 3rd/4th Line Support
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise level Active Directory, plus ITIL and change processes
- Professional, process driven and personable approach
The business is keen to appoint a skilled Infrastructure Engineer this month and interviews will be arranged at short notice (2 stage process). Salary is negotiable (DoE) and will come as part of a competitive package (including healthcare benefits and learning support). This is a hybrid role, based out of central London.
