Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps pathway)

iO Associates are working with an established and growing company who are on the lookout for an Infrastructure Engineer in Chippenham.

This Infrastructure Engineer with work on the company's hybrid Azure/ virtualised/ on-prem infrastructure. This position offers a clear path to a DevOps Engineer role.They will invest in your training and development with the view to you moving into a DevOps role long term.

Role: Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Chippenham

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + benefits

This role will sit within the infrastructure team and will work on a variety of BAU and project work. The company has a huge focus on training and development in the latest technology.

Where possible this Infrastructure Engineer will prioritise automation and security.

This role will involve working with:

• VMWare
• Azure
• Dell
• Office 365
• VOIP

You will have the opportunity to recieve training in:

• AWS
• Azure
• CI/ CD pipelines

In this role, you will support and maintain the virtual and on-prem environment as well as working with cloud technology.
