Infrastructure Engineer | Linux

Accomplished IT Engineer required at short notice by tech focussed market leader. Working out of their Bedfordshire office, duties will include:

• Providing and establishing technical direction
• Storage administration
• Researching technical challenges, evaluate and provide creative solutions
• Maintaining and implementing improvements to the entire Web stack when required
• Writing code and developing embedded cutting-edge applications and operating systems
• Designing and developing operating systems, compilers, assemblers and utility programs

Key requirements include:

• Strong Linux experience
• Previous expertise using Puppet and Ansible
• Strong experience of implementing highly availablity and load balanced Web applications
• Extensive support, maintenance and project experience
• Excellent customer skills
