Position: Integrated Planning Manager

Pay rate: £40.00 p/h inside IR35.

IO Associates seeks an Integrated Planning Manager for the Stevenage site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and deliver various schedules (top-level, lower-level, and Integrated Project Team) and standardized templates for schedules and project reporting.
• Analyze project costs versus project forward load, manage resource tracking, and track payment milestones and risk analysis for the Project Manager.
• Support management with consolidation, judgment, recommendations, and timely provision of necessary management data, providing consolidated project reports to senior management monthly and quarterly.
• Administer change control processes and offer project administration support to the Project Manager and the project team.

Skills

• Experienced in project management, including scheduling, earned value, and risk management.
• Proficient in planning best practices: logic linking, resource scheduling, schedule health checks, critical path analysis, and WBS.
• Skilled in stage boundary planning and contingency planning.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Project Professional and Primavera P6 Professional.

The successful candidate will need to be eligible to gain UK SC Security Clearance to undertake the role.
