Engineer System Integration (w/m/d)

We have an exciting opportunity with a market leader in developing motion simulators used in the aerospace, defense, automotive, and electronics industries, and are on the lookout for an engineer to join the team as a System Integration Engineer in Switzerland.

In this role, you'll take on interdisciplinary responsibilities across electrical engineering, control engineering, and mechanics, performing system integrations both in-house and at customer sites globally. If you enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited about traveling and working with cutting-edge technologies, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

Ideally, you'll have experience in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering, along with skills in system technology. Experience in drive engineering would be a strong asset for this role. As would German and English.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead interdisciplinary system integrations across electrical engineering, control systems, mechanics, and measurement technology.
Perform system integrations both in-house and at customer locations, including installations.
Prepare and execute customer acceptance tests at our facilities and on-site.
Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure effective use of our systems.
Oversee refurbishments and system upgrades.
Create detailed system documentation and user manuals.
Provide advanced support to the service team for complex tasks.

Your Qualifications:

A degree (Bachelor, FH, or equivalent) in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering (specialization in drive/system technology is a plus).
Strong knowledge of control and drive engineering is an advantage.
You are highly independent, flexible, and adaptable in your work approach.
Willingness to travel (approximately 50-60% of the time) worldwide, with a valid driver's license.
Excellent command of both German and English; additional languages, such as French, are a plus.
A collaborative team player with strong communication skills who enjoys working with international clients.
Must be a CH or EU citizen.

What's on Offer:

A challenging and diverse role with significant responsibility.
Structured onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Flexible working hours and regular opportunities for training and professional development.
A positive work environment within a motivated and dynamic team.
