Interim HR & Operations Director

Location: Bristol / Remote

Are you a senior HR Leader looking for your next interim / consultancy opportunity within Government & Defence?

I am working with a Bristol based defence company that has experienced 500% growth in the past 4 years and after winning a number of large contracts over the past 12 months is looking to bring on board an interim Operations & HR Director to aid with continued growth and culture.

The role will encompass both day to day management of the facilities and HR team whilst also acting as champion across the business for the continued focus on people performance, culture and growth. The role will sit as part of the leadership team and have touchpoints across programmes, systems and operations and act to ensure continuous improvement is upheld and the growth and attraction of people is put at the centre of the business.

Experience;

• Experience with organisational culture & change
• Programme & Project Management experience
• Line Management of differing teams
